My
purpose is to express my
intelligence, creativity and people skills by continually learning and
applying new techniques, providing the very best customer service, and
providing beautiful heirloom quality baby dolls that my customers will
enjoy for generations.
Guarantees
If you are not happy with your baby
for any reason, you must notify me within three days of receipt. I will
repair, replace, or refund upon return at your expense in the original
packaging with all accessories.
After
your three day trial period is over, your baby is still covered.
I will repair or
replace at no charge and pay transportation one-way upon any of the
following
conditions.
- Any fading
or discoloration of skin color that occurs under normal circumstances.
- Excessive
shedding of rooted hair.
- Seams in
body coming out; any leakage of stuffing or weighting materials.
- Failure of
any joints.
- Loosening
of eyes or eyelashes.
Guarantees
are limited to my lifetime.
